All packages listed can be tailor made to suit your occasion and requirements. We offer a free first consultation explaining the benefits of a planner and we will provide you with a free, no obligation quote for any services you would like too.
We cover the planning of any occasion, whether it be a wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, engagement, memorial, garden party or christening, we can help you with anything you need.
Advice Meeting
If you are needing some advice and/or support from a professional but you still want to plan your own occasion, then simply book a meeting with us to go through anything you would like.
We can help with any part of your planning – whether it’s at the beginning or part way through. We will help you with anything you need, from style/design ideas to reliable suppliers and from budgets to schedules.
Price dependant on meeting type
On the Day Coordination
If your occasion has already been planned by yourself but you’d like someone trustworthy and organised to coordinate on the day, then we can take away all of the stress and worry on your day by coordinating everything.
We will have a handover meeting shortly before your event to go through everything together, so that you feel happy to leave the final organisation to us.

Partial Planning
For people who need some extra help in planning their occasion, then partial planning will help to ease the pressure. We will go through all of the plans together to ensure that nothing has been missed and everything is being covered.
We’ll help to source any suppliers as needed (using our list of recommended suppliers), will create schedules and co-ordinate your day.

Full Planning
Parsons creates perfectly planned and styled weddings and occasions while working closely with you and the suppliers throughout the whole process.
